Now Hiring - Service Drive Lane Manager

Pay: $6k-$13k Monthly

Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities:
As a Service Drive Lane Manager you will be responsible for managing the activities of all service related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and attainment of Lithia's performance standards.

• Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants.
• Monitor performance and counsel service consultants with behavioral or performance issues.
• Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.

Qualifications:

• Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred
• Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
