Position Description:

The position requires regular attention to the following tasks:

• Ensure communal areas, meeting rooms and restrooms are clean.

• Replenish supplies

• Basic maintenance tasks (replace light bulbs, fix door handles, etc.)

• Assisting with the movement of furniture, cabinets, etc.

• General building maintenance (patching, painting, clogs, leaks, etc.)

• Liaison between multiple vendors/contractors

• Light building construction

• Check HVAC, sprinkler, elevator systems regularly, report large issues to contractors

• Inventory and storage of materials and equipment

• Schedule and carry out safety inspections (fire extinguishers, suppression systems)

• Assisting in Emergency Action Plans

• Other duties as assigned

• The position requires some outdoor and some indoor activities, at all times of the year. Rarely, overnight travel is required.

Required Skills

• Driver’s License

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance

• This position will require the ability to lift objects weighing 25 pounds to 50 pounds throughout the day as needed
