What this job can offer you
- Provide strategic direction to the Automation team, translating business objectives into a long-term vision, fostering innovation, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Drive the development and deployment of product and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, user experiences, and business outcomes.
- Oversee a team of Automation Engineers developing and supporting Remote platform.
- Being a thought leader who advocates for innovation while staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
What you bring
- Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Expert level leveraging full-stack engineering to deliver limited but well rounded solutions in short periods of time.
- Interest in learning Elixir programming language.
- Proficiency in SQL and Cloud computing platforms like AWS or GCP.

For U.S. applicants: Across all US locations, the base salary range for this full-time position is $210,400 - $252,500 . Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
