Job Description

We are looking for a Program Development Leader to add to our Team!

Location: Melfi

Program Development Leader:

• Manage Product Development Team Review of drawings and prototypes for functionality, reliability and ease of manufacture.
• Assist the Engineering team with keeping development on schedule.
• Ensure all products meet or exceed applicable customer specifications before tool launch (DVP, Tolerances, Aspect,…)
• Lead Product/Process convergence during industrialization phase (Aspect, Geometry, validation plan) to meet customer objectives and obtain PPAP approval.

Coordinates the process of ECR and organize weekly reviewing to ensure feasibility.(ECR single list)

• Assist the engineering team with keeping Engineering budgets. (Hours, Internal ECR,…)
• Troubleshoot product malfunctions/failures to prevent future concerns.
• Report Monthly the technical performance, hard point, action plans, and KPI’s
• All other duties as assigned.

• The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Environmental Management System (EMS)
• The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) as stated in CQAM.00001 – Corporate Quality Manual.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Engineer degree in General - Design – Plastics – Management
• 8 years of experience in Product Design, Process Engineering, Product Development and/or Program Manufacturing
• Functional management.
• Previous PDL experience with responsibility of a complete program

Working Conditions

• Availability to travel 50%-100% during industrialization phase
