Requirements
We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to become a part of our Affordable (Tax-credit and Project Based Section 8) housing property, Aspen River Park (261 units) in Newark, NJ and we want YOU to be our leader!
To thrive in this role:
- Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Maintenance Supervisor of 150+ units at an affordable property
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC and appliance repairs
- Proficient in Make Ready Board monitoring and scheduling
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, and track, prioritize and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Team-building skills
- Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced team oriented environment
- REAC preparation knowledge
- Yardi experience
- Employees must supply their own hand tools and must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
