NCH is established, yet growing and we are seeking a Production Packager to join our USA Packaging team which is in our North American Chemical group. As part of the USA Packaging team, the Production Supervisor will oversee the employees in a small package liquid production department. Summary:

 

Supervises production areas and its associates assigned.  Performs reviews, evaluations and administers discipline when needed on associates.  Controls scheduling of product and monitors outputs to meet expectations.  Works with upper management to create and maintain budgets/costs.  Evaluates and provides justification for the purchase of new equipment when needed.

 

Job Duties:

 

Supervising associates and operations

Performing reviews and administrative actions

Paperwork, reports and Time Clock review / corrections / upload payroll

Handle Hazardous Waste and Control Waste Stream/Flow

Assures Work Area Clean and Free of Safety Hazards

Performs other related duties as required.
