Open Shifts:  

• Full-Time | 3rd shift (10:30pm - 7am) | Monday - Friday + every other weekend 
• Full-Time | 2nd Shift (2:30pm -11pm) | Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 
• Part-Time | 1st shift (6:30am - 3pm) 

Starting wage: $19hr + based on experience

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification and listing in the Illinois Nurse Aide Registry
• Compassionately motivated about serving and celebrating seniors
• Act with integrity by providing specialized care to residents with Alzheimer’s & Dementia
• Contribute to an inclusive culture thriving on teamwork and positive attitudes
• Ability to navigate electronic medical record system
