Software Engineer I

Your next opportunity awaits at Fletcher Jones Management Group - we are seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting our Salesforce platform. This role involves writing clean, efficient code in JavaScript, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), administering Salesforce, providing technical support, and troubleshooting bugs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validations.
• Administer Salesforce environments, including user management, security, and data management.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce settings and configurations.
• Manage and deploy Salesforce changes using change sets or other deployment tools.
• Provide tier 3 technical support to our helpdesk and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
• Monitor Salesforce performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as data backups and system updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce bugs and issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in development using javascript frameworks.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator).

Pay: $105,000 - $110,000
