About the Role:Madison Logic is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Operations to own Madison Logic’s internal revenue forecasting through interdepartmental coordination. This role reports into Operations but works closely with executives daily, so professional demeanor is required. The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating with sales and launch teams to ensure timely gathering of assets and launch of business, as well as Campaign Management and Partner Operations to accurately forecast delivery from external partners.

Responsibilities:
- Manages revenue forecast, liaising with Partner Operations, Customer Success, Finance and Sales to ensure accurate revenue projections
- Responsible for Asset Chasing & Launch Reporting
- Manages process of revenue execution by encouraging collaboration between all teams and attainment of revenue goals
- Promotes data driven decisions leveraging business analytics and cross departmental data
- Drive changes in efficiency and automation to improve processes and decrease manual workloads.
- Manages rates / margin
- Informing needs/ goals for new partner CPL’s to maintain margin goals outside of preferred partners
- Partner with Finance to manage Partner rate card
- Manage budgeted expectations
- Liaise with Madison Logic’s Senior Leadership Team on business objectives and strategies to drive post sale revenue
- This role may require occasional night and weekend availability at month end.
Qualifications:
- 15 years experience in Operations
- 3+ years Revenue Operations experience
- Advanced Level Excel skills
- MarTech, FinTech or AdTech Experience Preferred
- Finance Experience preferred
