Overview:

Join our team at Adoration Health as a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing compassionate, one-on-one care in the comfort of the patient’s home. This part-time role offers a predictable weekday schedule, ideal for CNAs seeking meaningful patient relationships without the demands of facility-based care.

Location:

Union City, TN

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized, attentive care in a home setting.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring the patient’s safety and comfort.
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in Tennessee
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered mindset

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements is 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
