Program overview
The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst Program is a two-year experience where you will build skills in financial modeling and market analysis while collaborating with bankers and risk professionals to deliver for clients. The program also includes mentorship, coaching, senior leader engagement, and on-going feedback that supports your professional development. #earlycareers
What to expect
The program begins with structured training covering accounting, valuation, financial modeling, and credit analysis, before joining your specialty group.
As a CRE Analyst, your responsibilities may include:
Supporting valuation models for real estate properties and sectors
Preparing financial and credit analyses, presentations, and projects
Conducting property and industry research
Participating in due diligence and client meetings
Collaborating with senior professionals across cross-functional partners
Contributing to client relationship development

Required qualifications
- 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2026 - June 2027
Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
Strong academic achievement
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
Relevant internship experience
Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
