Requirements
As our chosen Maintenance Technician, everyday you will be responsible for maintenance/cleaning common areas, including landscaping. Walk the property several times a day and eliminate trash/debris. Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, weed-eating, removal of all green waste debris. Empty trash, dusting and general cleaning. Identify or troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, irrigation repair issues. Broadmoor (200 Spaces) is a beautiful manufactured home community in Yakima, WA and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician!
To thrive in this role:
Prior experience performing light maintenance duties, carpentry, electrical and meter reads
Knowledge of proper use of janitorial/landscaping tools and equipment, manual, electric and gas powered
Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors
Excellent time management skills
Valid drivers license - This position requires 1 day out of the week travel to a nearby property
