Responsibilities: 

• Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand current and future staffing needs based on business goals and project pipelines
• Subcontractors: Participate in planning and keep track on quartely budget for vendors and subcontractors, organize the search and develop partnership relationships 
• Data: Mantain project information up to date in company systems, transfer it to HQ and local financial departments and management (project start/finish, project status, billable/unbillable time, allocation, etc.)
• Analytics: Sales forecast and hiring need analytics, employees workload, resource availability, subcontractor effectiveness, KPIs. 
• Reports: Work with reports assigned and initiate the creation of new reports based on management needs
• Synchronize staffing requests, hiring plans and subcontractors’ plans

Requirements:

• 4 + years proven experience as a Staffing Manager in an IT company or in a similar role
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in data analysis 
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good command of Excel Spreadsheet, CRM systems, tracking systems
