KVCAP, which seeks to strengthen individuals, families and communities through direct services and community collaborations that create solutions to poverty, is looking to hire a full-time, 40 hours per week Business & Information Manager for our Waterville, ME office.

Requirements

The Business & Information Manager works collaboratively with program management staff to ensure the program has access to coordinated, accurate and up-to-date budget and programmatic information. 

This position provides direct supervision of the Educare Program Specialist, Billing and Data Coordinator, as well as the Child & Family Services Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee enrollment and billing for all child care locations; assist with systems administration of Child & Family Services data system; assisting and coordinating grant and budget preparation, external invoice billing and reporting; assist with systems management of Child & Family Services data systems and program wide monitoring of data collection. 

  

Education Requirements:  

Bachelor’s degree,  plus 5 years of administrative experience.
