Production Specialist

ADP is hiring an Associate Production Specialist.   As an Associate Production Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, packaging, scanning, and shipping payrolls, vouchers, W-2s, and other necessary documentation to our clients. Operate and assist in operating Payroll bagging machine. This role is highly visible and requires attention to detail and QA standards to prevent errors in payroll quality and packaging for our clients.                                    Ready to #MakeYourMark? Apply now!   WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities   What you can expect on a typical day:

• Review Ops Center instructions, scan, and complete batches
• Audit wrap log and Ops Center log, ensuring all contents of payroll and W-2s are included
• Acknowledge and document instructions in the Ops Center system
• Review jams, checking to ensure there are no missing checks, W-2s, or other forms
• Restock supplies as needed (Boxes, Bags, Tape)
• Operate Payroll bagging machine.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:   Requirements

• Up to one year of experience in customer service, retail, operations, food service, mail room, or office clerk
• Must be able to complete the physical requirements of the job, such as lifting 40-50 lbs. unassisted, standing most of the time, loading and moving items from conveyor to trays, etc.
