About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scoping, planning, executing, assuring quality and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while engaging cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively.  This role includes traditional project management responsibilities as well as platform identification and selection, requirements gathering, business analysis, quality assurance and go-live communications and support.
Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans, timelines, and associated communications documents.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the cross-functional execution of projects.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Facilitate regular team and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Lead post-project evaluations and assess results for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (PMP, PRINCE2 certification a plus).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in muti-unit Restaurant or retail.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, SmartSheet, or Jira.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Business solutions focus, with a desire to apply technology and platforms in ways to improve the team member and customer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
