About the role

SUMMARY
The Manager, TA Developer is responsible for TA Data. The goal of this role is to provide strategic data guidance and support to internal and external customers and champion the adoption of automation and operation efficiencies through technology.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
REPORTING
• Analyzes internal and external client requirements; writes and delivers custom reports using SQL.
• Analyzes and optimizes data delivery strategies.
• Champions automation and data efficiencies across the organization.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
• Mentors associates through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods used.
• Contact as needed with clients regarding general information, resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements.
• Contact with members of team and internal teams regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc.
May perform other duties as required and assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree in business administration, information technology, or related experience within the mutual fund industry.
• 5-8 years of experience supporting Transfer Agent web applications.
KNOWLEDGE
• SQL Reporting.
• Power BI Applications.
• Co-Pilot Prompting Techniques.
• Transfer Agent recordkeeping platform.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adobe Acrobat.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Writes advanced SQL scripts.
• Gathers and presents data in Power BI application.
• Fosters adoption of automation techniques across the firm, including the use of MS Copilot.
• Aligns associates with company values and goals.
• Plans and delegates the work of others.
• Motivates and inspires others.
• Assesses the performance of self and associates to make improvements or take corrective action.
• Plans and develops systems and procedures to improve operating quality and efficiency of department in accordance with company policies and procedures.
