Business Process Management (Graduation) Internship: Finance Automation

Background information

Recently, ASML has launched its transformation towards ASML Business Services (ABS) to deliver world-class transactional & operational support services organized around End to End (E2E) processes. Within Finance we have established the E2E cycles, Record to Report, Invoice to Pay, Market to Cash and Employee Financial Services.

As part of ABS, the Capability Center, where this internship will take place, supports and drives the business value generation for ABS in an innovative environment with state of the art solutions. 

Your assignment

During this assignment, you will be responsible for creating transparency with regards to the implemented RPA and Continuous Monitoring solutions in Finance and to improve business process management with regards to these solutions. You will do this by collaborating with the RPA and Continuous Monitoring team. By doing so, you create an overview of the implemented automations which you will publish for relevant stakeholders. In addition, you will collaborate with stakeholders from the finance teams and business architects to link the implemented automations to the corresponding business processes on the right level to achieve a step-up in business process management.

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor/HBO or master student in Industrial Engineering, Business IT & Management or similar;

• Have a great affinity with Finance;

• Have a good self-discipline and collaboration skills;

• Have excellent communication- and advisory skills;

• Are pro-active and culturally sensitive;

• Have great communication skills in English, both written and verbally.

This is a bachelor/HBO or master apprentice internship as well suitable for a bachelor/HBO graduation project. You should be available for minimum 5 months, for 3/4 days per week (50% on-site). The start date of this internship is as of September 2024.

Student enrollment at an educational institute is required during the full internship duration.
