The Lourie Center, Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Circle of Security Project Coordinator, who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Circle of Security Project Coordinator you will:
• In collaboration with the Circle of Security Program Director and Lourie Center leadership, coordinates the implementation of evaluation-integrated, trauma-informed early childhood services, specifically the Circle of Security program.
• Assures compliance with policies and procedures as mandated by contracts and various regulating bodies, including the State of Maryland Community Health Resources Commission, AHC’s Institutional Review Board, HIPPA/FERPA, and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborates effectively with Lourie Center partners, including school systems, local schools and principals, universities, the early childhood workforce, and children and families.
• Ensures and confirms compliance with grant requirements and reporting deadlines for fiscal and program reporting.
• Effective recruitment and engagement of program participants and data collection
• Prepares and provides materials for facilitators and participants.
Qualifications Include:
• Requires a Bachelor degree; Master’s degree preferred, in mental health, education, or related field.
• A minimum of one year experience in program/project coordination or management or mental health/educational program management
• Fluent Spanish speaking preferred
• Personal Vehicle Required
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8:00am-4:00pm
Pay Range:
$55,982.75 - $81,182.40If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
