THE JOB:
As a Valet Attendant, you will play a key role in shaping our guests' experience with your friendly greeting and exceptional service. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests. By understanding their individual needs and making them feel welcomed, you will create memorable moments that leave a lasting impression long after their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.13 with direct tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance with warmth and provide efficient, courteous, and enthusiastic valet parking services.

• Collect vehicle claim checks and retrieve guests’ vehicles upon departure.

• Assist guests who require special accommodations or help.

• Report any issues or potential concerns to security or your immediate supervisor to prevent traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance.

• Help regulate the flow and movement of vehicles to maintain smooth traffic conditions.

• Provide guests with information about hotel registration, dining options, events, activities, and nearby attractions.

• Address and resolve guest concerns within your authority, escalating to the supervisor as needed.

• Report any instances of theft or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Safely operate vehicles of various makes and models while ensuring proper care and attention to avoid damage.

• Effectively communicate with guests, offering a friendly and welcoming experience while accommodating any special needs or requests.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely vehicle retrievals and returns, maintaining smooth and efficient operations.

• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations even during peak times.

• Possess strong problem-solving skills to handle any unexpected situations or guest concerns promptly and effectively.

• Has previous valet experience (nice to have)

• Has a flexible schedule to work grave shift on the weekends
