We are currently looking for a Financial Data Analyst - Purchasing Cost Control Technology and Systems to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee.

Purchasing Cost Control team is seeking a data-savvy financial analyst to drive financial reporting, budget coordination, and production cost analysis. You'll work cross-functionally with BOP (budget out parts) and PPM (purchasing project management) teams, own new model budget processes, and deliver high-impact insights through advanced data analytics. Ideal candidates thrive on complex datasets, ad-hoc analysis, and turning numbers into strategy.

A Day in the Life:

  • Processes new model performance after cost walk analysis from first contract.
  • Functions as subject matter expert on purchasing performance data systems.
  • Processes and tracks expenditure requests, analyzing costs vs. benefits.  Processes/approves weekly invoices and prepares inter-company invoices. 
  • Leads process improvement projects cross-functionally with Finance, IT and Purchasing lineside
  • Works with internal purchasing clients, as well as, cross-functionally with finance, engineering and NNA affiliates.
  • Implements process improvements through data mining software like
  • Performs other related duties and ad-hoc reports as necessary.

Who We’re Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience in technology, coding, accounting, finance, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Proficiency in Finance Reproting, Data Analytics, Visualization tools including but not limit to Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau and Snowflake and SAP/ SAP HANA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a large public accounting firm or a multinational corporate accounting or finance department.
  • Proficient in Purchasing and Costing systems, with hands-on experience in SAP platforms, including integration and/or migration to SAP HANA.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive, independent problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
