DaVita is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Sr Analyst to join our Product Finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role is crucial in providing the analytical support that drives our product strategy and financial health. You will partner with the Product management team and other business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Lead the annual budget cycle by collaborating with department heads to craft and submit detailed spending plans.

·       Coordinate with lane owners to identify forecast-impacting variables to improve monthly financial projections.

·       Provide analytical support, independently lead analysis, and present findings to the Product management team and interdepartmental owners.

·       Develop and monitor metrics key to evolving business needs.

·       Manage and enhance recurring reports and create illuminating analyses & recommendations.

·       Create and maintain decision support models in Microsoft Excel.

·       Manipulate, cross-reference, and summarize large data sets.

·       Run ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as requested by business leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.

·       3+ years of experience in a corporate finance, FP&A, or other analytical role.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

·       Experience with quantitative modeling and analytical methods, such as operations analytics, financial forecasting, valuation analyses, etc.

·       proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel (expert), PowerPoint (advanced), Word, and Outlook (intermediate).

·       Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
