<p><b><span>Job Title</span></b></p>Senior M&amp;A Integration Lead<p><b>Summary</b></p><p>The role designs and programme manages the integration and separation activities to deliver the expected value from each Merger, Acquisition and/or Divestment.</p><p></p><p>You will lead the Amadeus playbook methodologies for M&amp;A Integration and Divestment, ensuring Amadeus stays aware and, where appropriate, ahead of the latest principles in this highly-specialized field.</p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities</b></p><p><u>Trusted advisor </u></p><ul><li>Advise Amadeus Management on what <span>integration/divestment</span> approach to take and where to prioritize investment.</li><li>Preparation of <span>integration/divestment</span> strategy for review by accountable Directors and VPs.</li><li>Preparation of document for approval of <span>integration/divestment</span> strategy by the Investment committee, ExCom and Board of Directors, in collaboration with the M&amp;A deal team.</li></ul><p></p><p><u>M&amp;A <span>Integration/Divestment</span> Programme management </u></p><ul><li>Develop and propose the <span>integration/divestment</span> strategy (Go to market, Delivery, Support and corporate services) and agree with the acquiring/divesting business unit.</li><li>Define, implement and programme manage the specific objectives to allow the implementation of the individual strategic agendas for each new programme, taking account of both the customer and internal view.</li><li>Identify and analyse the key gaps and/or themes related to the execution of the strategy and/or <span>integration/divestment</span> programme. </li><li>Lead the program management of the <span>integration/divestment</span> of the entity - proactively monitor its progress, resolving issues, identifying risks, initiating appropriate corrective action and ensuring effective governance and budget management.</li><li>Assess and drive the validation of the synergy assumptions. Work with functional (business support) owners to identify and execute initiatives to drive synergies.</li><li>Set up the tracking and monitoring system to enable efficient management of the programme in line with agreed objectives.</li><li>Ensure global buy-in and responsibility for results.</li><li>Use various management techniques to drive, measure, check, (pivot), evaluate and communicate to ensure overall alignment.</li><li>Participate in the preparation and information cross checking for presentation of such projects to the Investment Committee, M&amp;A committee, ExCom and others.</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Amadeus <span>playbooks/methodology</span> for M&amp;A Integrations and Divestments</u></p><ul><li>Update the Amadeus methodology / Intellectual Property, including all playbooks, briefing decks, checklists, and templates.</li><li>Own and continuously improve the Amadeus methodology for Integrations and Divestments.</li><li>Make sure there is knowledge transfer between the company acquired and Amadeus teams in order to improve <span>processes/methodologies</span> on both sides.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The ideal candidate</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience in M&amp;A integration, program management, or a related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of business strategy, operating models.</li><li>Able to translate strategy into actionable plans and to mobilize teams to deliver results.</li><li>Excellent project management skills, including budget and risk management.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.
