This position supports senior architects by contributing to the creation of reference architectures, capability maps, business process models, and solution designs across restaurant, digital, and enterprise systems. Your Role:

- Lead or contribute to the development of capability maps, value streams, and process models for QSR restaurant and digital operations.

- Support architecture across key QSR systems including POS, KDS, BOH, Kiosk, drive‑thru technologies, mobile ordering, loyalty, CRM, and payment systems.
- Evaluate restaurant and digital technologies for functional fit, scalability, reliability, and interoperability.
- Ensure consistent design patterns and experience flows across digital, in‑store, and off‑premise channels.
- Collaborate with senior architects to define architecture guidelines, integration patterns, and governance processes.
- Support delivery teams during design, build, integration, testing, and deployment to ensure the solution aligns with intended architecture.
- Assist in troubleshooting architecture or integration issues and ensure design decisions uphold quality and best practices.
- Ensures SRE and observability strategies align with enterprise architecture standards, cloud strategy, and DevSecOps operating model.
