<strong>Job Description:</strong></h3>

<p>The selected candidate will support client's Transportation Data Section with high-level technical expertise, focusing on software architecture, application design, data management, and technical troubleshooting. </p>

<h3><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>Architect and implement logical software and database structures. </li>
<li>Engage with stakeholders to collect and clarify business and data requirements. </li>
<li>Lead design and enhancement efforts for the <strong>Crash application</strong>. </li>
<li>Analyze and integrate emerging technologies into the existing system landscape. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve system issues. </li>
<li>Estimate task durations, report progress, and manage concurrent priorities. </li>
<li>Develop and maintain code for web-based and client/server systems using SQL and related technologies.  </li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li><strong>Minimum 9 years</strong> of experience in relevant technical roles. </li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. </li>
<li>Deep understanding of <strong>Crash Data Management solutions</strong>. </li>
<li>Proficiency in: Web technologies, Client/server architectures, SQL </li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li>
<li>Experience with the <strong>Information System Development Lifecycle</strong> (SDLC). </li>
<li>Capable of <strong>requirements gathering, management</strong>, and performing <strong>code analysis</strong>. </li>
