Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-year AI transformation strategy, balancing immediate ROI-driven initiatives with long-term AI-first business transformation goals.

• Technical Expertise & Oversight: Lead and guide technical teams to design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions across business units.

• Orchestration & Collaboration: Coordinate between technical teams, business leaders, and executives to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into core business functions.

• Governance & Ethics: Establish and uphold governance frameworks, focusing on AI ethics, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Drive data governance initiatives to ensure responsible AI usage.

• Organizational Enablement: Create AI Centers of Excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration and accelerating AI skill development across the organization.
