Field Engineer / Technician

Field Engineer - Network Integration (Nokia to Ericsson Swap Projects)
Location: Sites - Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota (Travel Required)

We are seeking talented Field Engineers to join our team for a high-impact project focused on Nokia to Ericsson network integration. In this role, you'll be responsible for the on-site installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Ericsson telecom equipment to ensure a seamless transition and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Installation & Configuration: Perform the installation and configuration of Ericsson telecom equipment at customer sites.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct pre- and post-swap testing and resolve any technical issues that arise during the integration process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers and other engineering staff, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed site documentation, including as-built configurations, test results, and any issue resolutions.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to ensure system performance post-integration.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in telecom field operations, specifically with Ericsson and Nokia systems.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in troubleshooting telecom network issues and performing detailed system testing.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to various sites as needed to support the integration process.
