This position is based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager with strong experience in developing order placement and order management workflows for internal associates within our Ingram Micro Xvantage global enterprise platform.  The ideal candidate will use their existing knowledge and strong product management skillsets to develop and drive strategies that will further improve associate ordering related journeys.  The ideal candidate will have a global mindset and ensure product features proposed will scale and be key value drivers for the business.

Your role:

  • Play a critical role in driving the global strategy for associate order processing in the organization’s digital platform.

  • Own key user journeys from integration to core business operations.

  • Translate product vision and strategy into a roadmap containing well-defined and prioritized user stories, and features and enablers that will realize the product vision.

  • Develop regional strategies and support execution to ensure maximum adoption of product and value delivered to stakeholders.

  • Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and prioritize new feature development.

  • Foster collaboration between engineering, design, and other teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.

What you bring to the role:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience supporting sales systems and processes with ERP knowledge.

  • Knowledge and experience in order processing in distribution domain.

  • Bachelor’s degree (master’s desirable) in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including experience in building platforms and/or API products.

  • Experience identifying and conforming to global requirement needs.

  • Experience streamlining complex processes.

  • Understanding of how to measure success for a product.

  • Successfully empathize with users from different regions to be a steward of crafting great experiences.

  • Able to work as a generalist as needed, with ability to problem-solve and delight users.

  • Strong focus on user-experiences, from front-end UI through developer docs and technical integrations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.

  • Direct hands-on experience working with engineering teams to clearly scope, define, detail, and prioritize product requirements.

  • Experience in working with and coordinating large-scale projects across teams.

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence various teams at the global and local level.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $121,400.00 - $206,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
