Licensed Health Insurance Agent – Work From Home

Qualifications:  

• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and teachable  

• Active Health or Health & Life Agent  

• Work from home equipment setup 

• Knowledge and understanding of Medicare  

• Ability to navigate multiple systems  

• Agency sales experience preferred  

• Telesales experience preferred  

• Computer proficiency – Microsoft programs, Windows systems, etc.   

• Must be willing to complete a background check 

Position Responsibilities:  

• Meet performance expectations including sales goal, call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence  

• Attend team meetings and training sessions  

• Provide consultative services including sales and customer service to Medicare beneficiaries  

• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers  

• Provide customer service to current members with an emphasis on customer retention, this will primarily be done through outbound phone calls

• Windows 11 operating system

• Home or Pro Version, no S-mode

• Mouse and keyboard

• Minimum internet speeds 60 MB Download, 20 MB Upload

Job Type: Seasonal, 40 hours per week 

Pay: $20.00/hr with Uncapped Incentive Potential!
