HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

Short Description

As an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) at Hyundai Motor Europe, you are the advisor, partner, and primary point of contact for HR related topics for multiple departments. 

We want you to:

• Handle the day to day collaborations and cooperation with employees at all levels, ensuring a positive experience and providing a high level of service. 
• Handle daily HR activities and support on various long-term strategic projects cross-functionally. 
• Communicate and implement processes, policies, and systems in areas of responsibility. 
• Identify recruitment needs and provide recruitment support in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, participating in interviews when relevant. 
• Be involved in regional movement of employees and succession planning for employees within the regional headquarter office. 
• Implement and guard HR policies and processes, supporting their effective implementationa nd usage. 
• Manage the People & organization data, including job descriptions and people data within the HRIS. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally and within the People & Organization team including Learning & Development, HRIS, and Planning. 

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years within similar HR function
• Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS is a plus
• Experience supporting multiple functions within an organization
• Familiarity with entire employee experience support, from hiring to employee exits
• Strong in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) 
• Experience with HR data analytics
