Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of protocols to mitigate seller losses, ensuring data integrity and security.

Manage SQL databases and develop data pipelines to automate the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data.

Conduct buyer segmentation to assess and manage buyer risk, developing targeted strategies for different profiles.

Create interactive visualizations and perform data analysis to track program metrics and provide actionable insights.

Work with teams across Trust & Safety, Security & Privacy, and Engineering to align program initiatives with broader goals.

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and document program processes to ensure compliance and transparency.
