Job Description

Position: Executive Assistant Performance Solutions Business Group

Reports to: President of Performance Solutions Business Group

  • Provide administrative support and efficiently coordinate the President's daily activities.
  • Manage the President's schedule, schedule meetings, and coordinate events as needed.
  • Prepare documentation and presentations for executive meetings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle communications, filtering and prioritizing as per importance.
  • Coordinate business travel, book accommodations, and manage logistical details.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate project execution and ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters and handle delicate information discreetly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the executive office and implement efficient workflows
  • Streamline communication channels and enhance information dissemination.

 

 

Required Skills

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in similar roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced skills in office tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Discretion and professional ethics.

 

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Executive Secretariat, or a related field.
