Strategic Capital Planner

• Provide capital planning and investment control (CPIC) support for a government agency. 
• Support all aspects of the CPIC process, including analyzing program management plan updates, business case development and documentation, master scheduling, performance metrics, risk management plans and processes, OMB data calls, and architectural enterprise support. 
• Analyze financial data for operations, business performance, opportunities, and investments. 
• Gather and interpret financial data and develop recommendations and reports for management. 
• Manage program and project implementation and make significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience, including senior-level roles working on similar projects for the federal government
• Experience with the CPIC life cycle and its processes, including supporting program management, as needed
• Ability to work with the client directly to facilitate the CPIC process and lead client meetings or discussions
• Ability to gather and work with financial data, as projects specify
• Public Trust clearance
• BA or BS degree in Business or Finance
