Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Operations & Data Maintenance Intern to join our Outdoor Performance Global Commercial team.  As Sales Operations & Data Maintenance Intern, you will support the cleanup and analysis of various databases and ERP systems and support other Sales Operations tasks.  You will collaborate extensively with the Sales Operations and Commercial teams to gather inputs and conduct reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

This is a 4-month, part-time position (20-30 hours per week) reporting to the Sr. Sales Reporting Analyst and is based out of our Logan, Utah offices. 

As the Sales Operations & Data Maintenance Intern, you will have an opportunity to:

• Work for a portfolio of leading brands in the Outdoor industry
• Work in a dynamic sales environment implementing new processes and procedures in a newly formed sales organization
• Conduct extensive database review and cleanup to align to current sales structure
• Streamline processes and methods to maintain accuracy and integrity of various databases and ERP systems
• Maintain and update various item and customer records to reflect current commercial strategy and customer classification
• Support the development and implementation of business intelligence and sales reporting solutions across multiple brands
• Receive industry discounts on various brands and products

Requirements/Qualifications

• Seeking a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, Business, Sales, or related field
• Intermediate skills in various Microsoft Office tools (including Outlook, Excel) and reporting tools including PowerBI
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a self-starter mentality

Pay Range:

Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $22.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
