- Lead Meta's cross-functional privacy review process for new products and features.
- Facilitate discussion and coordination among product managers and privacy stakeholders across the company (including members of the legal, public policy, product marketing, security, and communications teams).
- Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions.
- Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned.
- Perform risk management and change management on projects.
- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned.
- Work with product managers and other privacy stakeholders to develop and drive consensus around creative solutions to privacy-by-design challenges.
- Track and document new product proposals, status updates, and key decisions.
- Communicate privacy decisions to the broader cross-functional team, and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented.
- Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
- Requires 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation involving technical leadership/program management. Requires 60 months of experience involving the following:
- Managing the review of projects including oversight of all identification and mitigation of privacy risk for software product builds
- Defining privacy requirements for shippable software
- Documenting privacy program procedures related to the identification of privacy risk in production of software
- Defining architectural processes including versioning best practices related to privacy review and
- Experience with organizing, coordinating, multi-tasking, and process-improvements on program management.
