GHD's Talent Acquisition team is hiring! We have a phenomenal opportunity for a Part time (24 hours per week) Sourcing Specialist to provide recruitment support to the US Talent Acquisition team. This position will play a critical role in proactive sourcing and candidate development to support strategic recruitment and will be based in Irvine, CA. 

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Proactively sourcing top talent for key roles
• Partnering with Regional Talent Acquisition leader on all recruitment support functions
• Developing qualified and diverse candidate pools
• Managing the full recruitment cycle form initial sourcing to job offer for selected talent searches
• Conducting phone/video interviews with identified candidates and providing feedback to TA Lead
• Applicant review and proper dispositioning within Oracle Cloud
• Applicant Tracking System management
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry developments and talent landscape to effectively source candidates
• Identifying and employing new recruitment strategies to develop robust candidate pipelines.
• Additional assignments as needed

Successful skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience within recruitment or Talent Acquisition Support function
• Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Track record of successful sourcing experience utilizing multiple job board platforms-LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.

Hourly Rate : $40-50 per hour based on experience
