About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm AEST (includes 1hr unpaid break)

Client Timezone: Australian Time

Opportunity to work on diverse residential projects and custom home designs Responsibilities :

Create detailed floor plans and elevations using AutoCAD software
Draft wet rooms and other specialized areas for residential homes
Customize standard home designs to fit specific client land parcels
Deliver concept drawings within 24-48 hour timeframes
Incorporate feedback and markups from the internal drafting team
Redraw and revise plans based on team corrections and client requirements
Work collaboratively with the Australian-based drafting team for quality assurance

Expert proficiency in AutoCAD software
Experience in architectural drafting and technical drawing
Ability to work with floor plans, elevations, and residential design elements (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings
Ability to meet tight deadlines (24-48 hour turnarounds)
Willingness to learn Australian building standards and regulations
Mid to senior level experience preferred
