We’re looking for a Global Program Manager, Customer Success to directly support our Vice President Global Customer Success in scaling and growing the ~300 person Customer Success Management (CSM) organization. 

In this role, you’ll focus on driving the rhythm of the business, strategic initiatives, and supporting the VP in running the Customer Success Management (CSM) organization. This senior position is highly visible in the organization, involves frequent interactions with the cross-company leadership teams, and has a seat on the Customer Success Management Leadership Team. 

This position reports to the VP Global CSM and will be based in Austin TX, Carpinteria CA or New York, NY. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Based on the strategic direction of Procore and the Customer Success leadership, design and manage the delivery of programs and special projects that drive continuous improvement in the business.
  • Facilitate and improve the weekly, quarterly and annual business cadence within the CSM org, including customer initiatives, people management programs and sales and financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Ensure that decisions are data driven by working with the Analytics team to identify weaknesses and opportunities in our business, and accelerate quality decision making.
  • A trusted business partner and ability to provide strategic counsel to the VP Customer Success Management and act on his behalf where relevant 
  • Attend meetings and calls on behalf of the VP CSM. Act as the communication arm for the VP with senior leadership and other senior stakeholders.
  • Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision-making 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of work experience, ideally in management consulting and/or corporate strategy at a leading technology or consulting company 
  • Expertise in translating data to information to visualization-based insight for an executive level audience
  • Proficient with Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce 
  • Experience in enterprise software, and specifically in sales or customer success functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with major Business Information tools
  • Proven track record to own, manage and drive cross-functional projects at an executive level
  • Expertise in helping set vision, strategy and ensuring strategy is executed well
  • Ability to develop deep trust-based relationships across different stakeholders 
  • Sophisticated quantitative aptitude and problem-solving capabilities; ability to prioritize multiple priorities
  • Project management skills across multiple parallel projects
  • Persuasive communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of internal and external audiences

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $70,400-$96,800. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
