Job Summary

Securin is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a combination of education and experience in a human resources environment, with at least 3+ years of prior experience in the field of Human Resources. This is an on-site position in Albuquerque, NM.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, sourcing via LinkedIn, completing screening interviews and managing the interview process
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations and exit interviews
  • Serve as a Securin ambassador by attending community events, job fairs and school fairs and coordination for other Securin staff members to attend to help recruiting efforts
  • Create and maintain policies and procedure to ensure they remain up to date with ever changing local, state, and federals laws
  • Assists with management of HRIS for payroll and benefits for employees 
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
  • Supports audits to ensure compliance and system integrity
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Necessary qualifications:

  • Min 2 years of Full Desk Recruitment
  • Experience working with HR systems, processes and tools (Applicant tracking systems, HRIS, e-verify, background checks)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite

Desirable qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • SHRM certification a plus
  • Experience recruiting technical/engineering positions
  • Experience workin
