Job Summary
Securin is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a combination of education and experience in a human resources environment, with at least 3+ years of prior experience in the field of Human Resources. This is an on-site position in Albuquerque, NM.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, sourcing via LinkedIn, completing screening interviews and managing the interview process
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations and exit interviews
- Serve as a Securin ambassador by attending community events, job fairs and school fairs and coordination for other Securin staff members to attend to help recruiting efforts
- Create and maintain policies and procedure to ensure they remain up to date with ever changing local, state, and federals laws
- Assists with management of HRIS for payroll and benefits for employees
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
- Supports audits to ensure compliance and system integrity
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Necessary qualifications:
- Min 2 years of Full Desk Recruitment
- Experience working with HR systems, processes and tools (Applicant tracking systems, HRIS, e-verify, background checks)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Desirable qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- SHRM certification a plus
- Experience recruiting technical/engineering positions
