Description
Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO invites applicants ready to teach offline at the school campus.
The school seeks to establish a pool of qualified applicants for part-time adjunct/visiting faculty appointments in the following areas of expertise/disciplines:
- Strategy/General Management
- Marketing/Media/Communications/Decision Making
- Operations&Supply Chain Management
- Human Resources/Org.Behavior/ Talent Management
- Global MacroEconomics/Corporate Finance
- Entrepreneurship&Innovations
- AI/Big Data/Cybersecurity/IT/Telecom
- ERS/ESG
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Teach at degree modules, open enrollment or customized executive education courses/programs within the required disciplines. Courses instruction to be delivered offline at school campus in Skolkovo village (Moscow region);
- Develop and manage the class syllabus and ensure that it meets business school international standards;
- Plan and deliver lectures, in-class discussions, and assignments;
- Grade students’ work based on participation, class performance, assignments, and examinations;
- Provide regular and timely feedback to students;
- Assist/mentor students as needed;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Candidates must have an earned doctorate (PhD or DBA in the discipline of application, or a closely-related field or a discipline that is required to teach postgraduate/executive courses) AND/OR be a top-level executive (CEO/Owner).
Experience:
- Five years of professional work experience in the relevant industry as a top management professional or consultant.
- University or Business School teaching experience (postgraduate/executive audience)
- Evidence of teaching excellence (student evaluations, teaching awards)
- Experience working with culturally diverse audience
- Self-designed content
- Fluent English
