This is a hybrid role working out of our Orlando office.

We are seeking multiple Quality Assurance Engineer IV candidates to fill key roles in an upcoming program. This position will report to the Quality Manager and coordinate regularly with the Program Manager and functional leadership, including software engineering, configuration management, systems engineering management, and integration and test organizations. Identifies, tracks, and ensures problem resolution and user satisfaction.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Reviews all software development work products for correctness, adherence to design concepts, and development standards
• Review program documentation to ensure government standards and requirements are met.
• Ensures all engineering processes and procedures are followed
• Performs configuration management reviews and audits

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a substantial amount of time operating a computer terminal.
• Frequently communicates with clients, team members, etc.
• Light travel may be required.

Education and Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and have at least six (6) years of experience. Experience working in synthetic training environments with computer-generated forces is a plus.
