Hiring Range: This position has a compensation range that spans the salary threshold for Washington State, which means that this position may be classified as either non-exempt (hourly) or exempt (salaried), depending on the candidate’s qualifications, including education, experience, and other relevant factors.

Non-Exempt (Hourly): $36.15- $38.53 per hour

Exempt (Salaried): $80,1687.40 - $933,984.80 per year

*$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Young Adult Transition Team (YATT). In this role, you will support therapists, care coordinators, peers, and other team members while ensuring high-quality services for youth and families. You will help strengthen clinical practice, oversee service delivery, and support program growth across multiple settings. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of Child & Family Services staff.
• Consult regularly with the Senior Director regarding clinical, operational, and administrative needs of assigned programs.
• Provide clinical and reflective supervision to therapists, care coordinators, and peer support staff.
• Support staff in delivering individual therapy, family therapy, and group services.
• Ensure services are delivered in alignment with Child & Family treatment philosophy, agency expectations, and program standards.
• Collaborate with other Child & Family supervisors to promote consistency across programs.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed, including community and home-based outreach.
• Conduct ongoing chart reviews and documentation audits to ensure compliance with agency, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clinical consultation and on-site support to staff; coordinate coverage and support safe outreach practices.
• Assist with resource management, case assignments, treatment plan approvals, authorizations, and caseload oversight.
• Monitor program outcomes and support achievement of program and contract goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, community agencies, and service providers.
• Represent Child & Family Services in community partnerships and agency activities.
• Facilitate team meetings, case consultations, supervision sessions, and training activities.
• Collaborate with school districts and community partners to support access to behavioral health services.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Master’s degree in psychology, social services, or behavioral health.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Specialist (minimum 5 years of job-related experience)
  • This position requires driving clients in a personal vehicle on behalf of the agency. Incumbent must meet all agency driving requirements, including being at least 21 years old, having been licensed for a minimum of three years, successfully completing a motor vehicle history check, possessing and maintaining a current, valid driver’s license in the state of Washington, and having reliable, insured transportation.
