**End of Season Bonus: This only for employees who work the entire season
There will be a $1,000 end of season bonus( dates of entire season listed above) given to those employees who work more than 25 hours/week. For those employees who work 25 hours or less per week, during the season( dates of entire season listed at the top), will receive a $500.00 end of the season bonus.
Your main priorities are:
- Observes and patrols pool and enforces safety regulations
- Performs periodic water testing to ensure all chemical levels are maintained according to state regulations.
- Provide excellent service consistent with the community’s standards operating procedures and brand attributes.
- Greet all residents upon arrival, check all pool passes, offer assistance with seating, and delivering consistent Scully Pride service while exceeding resident expectations, and providing all other supporting services.
- Knowledgeable of pool facility.
- Identify and report defects throughout the pool and deck area, notify Community and Service Property Managers immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.
- Ensure swimming pool and the entire area is clean at all times and report any maintenance issues to maintenance team.
- Ensure the pool deck is swept and watered down and that all furniture is in the correct place, when setting up in the morning.
- Knowledge of safety hazards and necessary safety precautions sufficient to be able to establish a safe work environment for self and others.
- Knowledge of swimming pool equipment sufficient to be able to perform minor maintenance work on the equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of pool deck and facilities including straightening and stacking chairs, collecting trash, moving chairs, replacing flags, and cleaning signs.
- Facilitate and maintain consistent pool safety programs, training, and documentation to ensure the overall safety of our residents in the pool area.
- Work closely with other departments that are essential to ensuring a positive resident experience.
- Properly utilize performance feedback, recognition, training, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Constant need to be on feet.
- Have constant need to perform the following physical activities:
- Bend/Stoop/Squat
- Push or Pull
- Reach above shoulders
- Grip/turning
- Finger Dexterity
- Perform routine cleaning duties (e.g., picking up debris)
- Move pool deck furniture
- Handle cleaning tools and equipment
- Lifting/carrying (cleaning supplies, vacuum, step stool, etc.)
- Required to handle cleaning chemicals. Certain cleaning chemicals may require pre-mixing.
