Jr. Program Manager (RF)- TS/SCI Cleared

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Manager (RF Systems) to support the planning, execution, and management of projects focused on radio frequency (RF) technologies. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of RF principles and systems, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills to help drive project success. TS/SCI required, possibly of hybrid flexibility after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of RF-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
• Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and performance tracking metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and management, ensuring project alignment with business goals.
• Support procurement, vendor management, and resource allocation related to RF projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
