Senior Principal Applications Developer

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

Become a part of the Oracle Fusion Financial Applications team to help enhance the product features to meet the demands of the market. Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new product features, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology.

 

Help define product direction and requirements for projects. Analyze, design, and implement major changes for commercial or end user applications. Architect solutions for key features of a product.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will play an active role in architecting, designing and developing product features based on external specifications. Design for new projects and build according to the design specifications.  You will work with Product Management and Strategy to understand requirements and enhancements to be made to product functionality. Collaborate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.

Candidates must have a BS or MS degree and at least 10 years of professional software engineering experience. Well qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience in building web service application.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with a business domain of Oracle ERP Applications domain
• Write detailed design and code specifications 
• Write and test high quality code and maintain modules using Java, Java Script, Python, HTML/CSS, and Oracle tools

US: Hiring Range: from $102,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
