ABOUT THE ROLE

NBAT2 is looking for a highly organized Senior Project Manager, Partnerships to join our growing Integrated Marketing & Sales team. This role involves day-to-day project management, stakeholder coordination and proactive problem-solving to help drive successful project outcomes. The Project Manager will be integral to the success of our client partnerships – coordinating the development and on-time delivery across the business.

Acting as the connective tissue that keeps every internal stakeholder aligned, you'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Production, Talent, Social, Legal, and Finance. The ideal candidate has a strong command of project management fundamentals, thrives in fast-paced media, start-up environment, and communicates with clarity and confidence across all levels of an organization, as well as external clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Post-Sale Program Management

  • Lead internal project management across all active sponsor partnerships from start to finish:
    • Work with Sales to coordinate the internal and external kickoff call (KOC) processes, building KOC decks and help manage post-KOC recaps and next steps
    • Build and manage both all project timelines with all key stakeholders
    • Track all deliverables, budgets, content and legal approvals, and final asset delivery, and more
    • Own and lead day-to-day communications and updates between all parties including external & internal status calls and processes
    • Monitors programs while in process to ensure they hit agreed upon KPIs and metrics
    • Build and maintain wrap reports per program – working with Integrated Marketing and Sales to ensure client satisfaction

Pre-Sale Support

  • Support the RFP process – ensure that all pitches are being updated with relevant pre-sale activity for cross-team visibility
  • Assist in building timelines and pre-pro documents close to project commitment to ensure a smooth transition to production

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • 5-7 years of project or account management experience, ideally in sports, publishing or digital advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with competing deadlines and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading external partner calls and managing internal stakeholders
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (AirTable, Figma, SharePoint, Slack, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build and maintain complex timelines and hold cross-functional teams accountable to them

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$120,000 - $135,000 base salary, commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, commuter benefits and unlimited PTO. The company operates with a hybrid in-office experience.
