The Director of Finance provides financial modeling and strategic support across all functions, with an emphasis on forecasting and supporting business partners through financial analysis. The scope of this role includes managing the cadenced short-term and long-range planning, performance analysis, investment ROI, and ad hoc strategic support. This role reports into the SVP, Finance and will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, and functional leaders. They will need to be comfortable working in a high-growth environment and presenting to the executive leadership team.

• Put your expert financial modeling abilities to work to forecast business results and operating trends 
• Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Product and Technology, and Operations 
• Lead financial analysis of business unit results and key metrics to guide operational decision-making 
• Participate in the the annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting, forecasting and outlook processes
• Build a deep understanding of TRR’s business, customer pain points and our points of differentiation
• Participate in the financial modeling and investment analysis for new business opportunities 
• Build new tools and take on ad hoc finance projects to support the FP&A team as needed

What You Bring To The Role

MInimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics
• 8 to 12 years of finance experience, preferably in investment banking or strategy consulting 
• Expert-level Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Google Apps skills
• Strong written and spoken communication skills; ability to connect with team members and convey technical financial information to non-financial professionals
• Assess multiple investment opportunities, prioritize them and successfully “pitch” prioritized project to a executive audience
• Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and diverse personalities
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Self-motivated and strong work ethic with a desire to make an impact

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree a plus

The expected salary range for this role is $154,741.00 - $186,155.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
