GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Fresno, CA, join our dynamic property management team!

**Must be able to work part-time hours only - 22 hours per week**

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc.
• Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
• Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

Requirements

Leasing Consultant Job Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
• Must be able to multi-task
• Organized
• Able to handle high volume work load as needed
• Able to follow directions and work independently
• Must be able to work Monday and Friday 9am-6pm (summer hours) & 8am-5pm (winter hours) and Saturdays 10am-4pm
