About the role

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Shift: Mon – Fri, 5:00am – 1:30pm, OT as needed

What You Will Do:

The Cleaner I, Process Operations supports manufacturing operations by ensuring products, tools, and equipment are cleaned and maintained in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This is an entry-level role focused on executing routine, hands-on tasks with consistency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

  • Clean products, tooling, and equipment following established procedures and work instructions
  • Operate cleaning equipment and safely handle chemicals in accordance with guidelines
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain production readiness
  • Maintain production logs and documentation as required
  • Contribute to 5S, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals

What You Need:

Preferred:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Manufacturing or production experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively
  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
