Join our Finance team as a Travel & Expense (T&E) Associate and play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across FanDuel’s travel and expense programs. This role combines customer support, policy compliance, and operational accuracy to ensure smooth travel, timely reimbursements, and reliable reporting.

The ideal teammate brings top-notch customer service and communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and confidence working with data and reporting tools. While direct T&E experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong transferable skills who enjoy working in a dynamic, high-growth environment and are eager to make an impact.

This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in corporate travel and expense management while gaining exposure to broader finance operations at FanDuel.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Customer Support & Policy Education
    • Provide guidance and resources to employees on T&E systems, tools, and policies
    • Respond to employee inquiries with a focus on delivering timely, accurate, and customer-friendly resolutions
  • Expense & Travel Program Administration
    • Administer the expense reporting workflow, including tracking and following up on past-due submissions.
    • Process and reconcile American Express invoices in a timely manner.
    • Book and manage guest travel arrangements as required.
    • Support employee offboarding by ensuring timely closure of T&E reports and accounts.
  • System Integrity & Reporting
    • Maintain accuracy and compliance through regular audits and diligent record-keeping.
    • Manage incoming requests through the finance ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports to support visibility into travel and expense activity.
  • Team Support & Special Projects
    • Support process improvement initiatives led by the Senior Manager, Travel & Expense.
    • Assist with ad-hoc projects and cross-functional requests to support evolving business needs.

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 2–3 years of experience in travel, expense management, or a related administrative/finance role.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and reporting).
  • Experience with T&E systems such as Concur, Egencia, Uber for Business, or American Express is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing expenses and reconciliations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and generating meaningful reports.
